Suindá Lodge, Argentina

Suindá Lodge accommodates up to 8 anglers in shared occupancy accommodation, though single rooms are available on request.

In addition to enjoying fantastic gourmet cuisine in the lodge dining room, Suindá Lodge houses a bar, fly tying area and a fully equipped on-site fly shop selling flies, rods, reels, lines and apparel.

Food and drink is of exceptional quality, featuring fresh, organic, local Argentine produce expertly prepared by the team of kitchen staff. In addition, Suindá’s inspired lunch and dinner menus are paired with some of Argentina’s (and the world’s) best wines, Bodega Catena Zapata.

The kitchen specialises in diverse dishes that pair prime cuts of local meats with the freshest fruits and vegetables. Beyond traditional asados, salads and sides, guests enjoy exotic appetisers such as cayman meat, local cheeses, and home-baked breads. Desserts tantalize the taste buds with multiple textures and flavors designed to provide an unforgettably delicious final touch.
